Job Description

To sell and cross-sell Personal Loan products (indoor sales).

To ensure that all applications are in proper order prior to submission for approval.

Build rapport and relationship with the customers to establish loyalty and repeated sales and increase product holding.

Ensure high standard of customer service in line with the quality and standards set by the Company.

Increase our customer base by proactively acting on leads from our database and setting up appointments with potential customers and follow up activities.

To have best practice in all related compliance and regulatory requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent

Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English

Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
