Job Description
- Manage daily accounting operations including invoices, payments and receipts.
- Able to handle full set of accounts (AP, AR & GL).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure records are updated.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients when necessary.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
- Support payroll preparation and other finance-related tasks.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
- Familiar with SQL accounting software.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minium 2-3 years of working experience in accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detailed-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
