Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Team player with a positive working attitude.
  • Experience in F&B or customer service will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Willing to work in KLCC area

Extra Benefits:

  • Bonus is given depending on individual performance
  • Monthly Salary: Basic Salary + Service Point

* Service point (Range RM150 - RM600 per 1.0 point)  based on the business performance.
