Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive working attitude.
- Experience in F&B or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Willing to work in KLCC area
Extra Benefits:
- Bonus is given depending on individual performance
- Monthly Salary: Basic Salary + Service Point
* Service point (Range RM150 - RM600 per 1.0 point) based on the business performance.
