  • Planning and scheduling production activities in order to achieve targeted production volume and at highest quality level.
  • Responsible in weekly production scheduling to meet customer requirement.
  • Ensure the raw material in hand is enough for production, such as powder, paint, solvent, chemical, packing plastic and others.
  • Ensure the stock of the spare part for machine is enough to prevent machine down time, such as bearing, filter, hook, o-ring and others.
  • Proper housekeeping throughout the plant, example powder and fluorocarbon booth, drainage and other production areas.
  • Ensure the working environment is a safe place to work in, such as to make sure the worker use safely equipment during their work.
  • Improve quality and process control. Ensure maximum output and reduce wastage, such as reduce booth-cleaning time, reduce empty rack, increase the speed of manual spraying and others.
  • Ensure all the production report are correct, such as job sheet, material requisition note, packing list, rejection report, MF transfer note and others.
  • Liaise with other department (e.g. Quality Department, Sales and Marketing Department, etc) to streamline the day-to-day production target.
  • Customer service – attending customer complaint to meet customer requirement.
  • Responsible for approving subordinates matters such as leave application, issuing purchasing requisition notes for purchasing consumable goods, approving consumable stock request (from store) and checking workers overtime claim and medical claim.
  • Motivating, counseling and training subordinates to obtain necessary work skill to meet daily operation requirement especially Pronto System.
  • To ensure machine and equipment in factory is in good condition.
  • To co-operate with any safety & health activities or campaigns organized by the company as well as to obey or to enforce company’s Safety & Health rules and regulations.
  • Other jobs may assign from time to time.

Experience & Personal Skills:
  • Fresh graduate or 2 to 3 years experience for Diploma holder in Mechanical / Material Engineering / Management Studies or its equivalent
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
  • Good analytical & leadership.
