Position: Head Chef
Location: Sri Petaling, KL
Responsibilities:
- Develop and create innovative menus that blend Western and Asian flavours to delight our customers.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations and a cohesive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation, presentation, and quality control to maintain high culinary standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure cost-effective kitchen operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- Adapt to changes and maintain flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with business goals and contribute to sales growth.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef with aspirations to become a Head Chef.
- More than 5 years' expertise in Western cuisine with the ability to create fusion dishes incorporating Asian flavours.
- Strong menu creation skills and an innovative approach to culinary design.
- Leadership abilities to effectively manage and inspire a team.
- Business and sales-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio of culinary creations.

Tues to Sun: 11am to 3pm/ 5pm to 10pm (split shift)
Monday: Closed
Outlet Opening Hours/Days:
9 hours per day; 1 hour break
6-day work per week
Working Hours: 45 hours per week (scheduled timetable)
