About this role
We are on the hunt for a Multimedia Designer to support our marketing team. This role will focus on generating eye-catching and brand-aligned designs for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, packaging, and our website.

Responsibilities

• Craft Unique Designs: Create high-quality designs that align with our brand and amplify our marketing messages.
• Collaborate: Work closely with the Art Director and marketing team to discuss themes, color schemes, and the overall look and feel of projects.
• Multi-Channel Output: Produce designs for a wide array of platforms including social media, email marketing campaigns, website visuals, and product packaging.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all visual assets meet the highest standard of quality, in line with our brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Assist in coordinating projects, from conceptualization to final production, ensuring timelines are met.
• Independent Creativity and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to come up with innovative and effective ideas on your own. Be a self-starter who does not require constant instructions, able to independently drive projects forward with creative solutions.
  

Job Requirements

This position requires

• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, illustration, or a related field is ideal, but if you have exceptional skills and a strong portfolio, even without formal qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design software.
• An exceptional portfolio showcasing your graphic design and illustration projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
