Role Overview

The Multimedia Designer will create visually compelling content that enhances our brand and engages our target audience. This role involves developing graphics, animations, and videos to support marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across various platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging graphics, animations, and videos, including but not limited to websites, social media, advertisements, email campaigns, banners, posters, infographics, advertorials, media invitations and presentations. 
• Ensure all multimedia content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity. 
• Collaborate with the Group Brand and Marketing team to conceptualize and produce content that effectively communicates key messages. 
• Study briefs, conceptualize design based on requirements and amend designs after feedback 
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. 
• Work closely with writers, Marketing team, and other key stakeholders to align creative vision with strategic objectives. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia design to continually enhance our content offerings. 

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of experience in multimedia design, preferably in a marketing or communications environment, with a focus on financial services.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with web design principles. 
• Experience with UX/UI design principles. 
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics 
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including graphics, animations, and video content. 
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality visual content. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
