Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM system, focusing on sales operations. This role involves supporting the sales team by ensuring CRM accuracy, streamlining sales processes, generating reports, and managing data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage CRM projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity by managing data imports, exports, deduplication, and validation processes.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to maximize CRM adoption within the sales team.
  • Develop and generate CRM reports and dashboards to provide insights for decision-making.
  • Automate and streamline sales workflows within the CRM to improve efficiency.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in administering and configuring CRM systems (Odoo preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates not preferred.
  • Good communication skills in English, Mandarin is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data handling, reporting, or basic workflow automation (like Python, or other scripting tools).
  • Good to have project coordination or Agile experience, especially for system rollouts or improvements.
  • Bonus: Understanding of sales/marketing processes and how CRM supports business functions.
