Job Description
- Search for and connect with potential customers.
- Communicate with potential and existing corporate clients via phone calls (listings provided).
- Learn and apply product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Understand customers' needs and provide the best solutions.
- Develop communication skills by engaging with people across different industries.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and direct them to the right sales representative.
- Make cold calls to reach out to new prospects and follow up with previous potential customers to create new sales opportunities.
- Perform data entry tasks to support sales operations and maintain organized customer records.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Full working rights in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus!
- Motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Open to learning, growing, and collaborating as part of a team.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Able to work in Kuchai Lama.
