We are seeking a full-time video editor who also has experience in social media management. Our consulting firm needs someone to edit short clips and YouTube videos for our social media channels. You will also handle the posting of these videos. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this role.

Junique Model Management is a consulting company that focuses on creating curated marketing plans for our private individuals and business clients. We create powerful short-form video content to inspire and impact millions globally on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Threads.
We’re looking for energetic, self-driven individuals aged 25 or below who are passionate about social media growth and have a high understanding on trending videos in a US & Australia based audience.

Key Responsibilities:
Post, edit, and optimise engaging short-form videos daily for platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and TikTok.
Employing growth strategies to boost followers, engagement, and views.
Able to understand and develop trends by leveraging viral opportunities and platform algorithms.
Monitor analytics to refine strategies and ensure top performance.
Work independently, taking initiative and ownership of ideas and results.

Office is located in Glenmarie/Shah Alam. This is a full time position from Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm.

 Who We’re Looking For:

• Age: 25 or below
• Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English
• Openminded and willing to learn
• A minimum of 6 months experience in video editing is required.
• Proficiency in using video editing software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.
• A track record of growing social media accounts
• Strong understanding of platform-specific trends, algorithms, and audience behaviour.
