YOUR MISSION is to ensure that JurisTech’s revenue engine operates with precision, discipline, and visibility. 

As a Finance Analyst (Revenue Operations), you will play a key role in connecting software delivery, commercial agreements, and financial outcomes. Working closely with Delivery, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure that project milestones, licensing structures, and maintenance streams translate accurately into revenue and cash flow. 

This role goes beyond traditional billing and collections. You will help strengthen JurisTech’s revenue governance, billing accuracy, and cash realization across complex enterprise software engagements — supporting the company’s growth across multiple markets and clients. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Revenue Operations & Billing Governance 

• Manage billing across JurisTech’s enterprise software models, including project milestones, software licenses, and post-implementation maintenance streams. 
• Ensure that billing events are triggered accurately based on contractual milestones, delivery progress, and system go-live events. 

B. Cross-Functional Revenue Alignment 

• Work closely with Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams to validate delivery milestones and ensure revenue recognition and billing align with actual project progress. 
• Bridge operational activities with finance processes to ensure delivery outcomes translate into timely revenue realization. 

C. Revenue Tracking & Financial Visibility 

• Maintain structured tracking of customer contracts, billing schedules, and receivable movements to provide clear visibility into revenue and cash flow. 
• Support internal stakeholders with insights into revenue pipeline, billing readiness, and collection status. 

D. Accounts Receivable & Cash Realisation 

• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment. 
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing queries or payment delays and safeguard the company’s working capital. 

E. Contract & Renewal Monitoring 

• Track key commercial timelines including maintenance renewals, contract expiries, and licensing milestones to support continuity of recurring revenue streams. 

F. Process Improvement & Controls 

• Contribute to improving revenue operations processes, billing workflows, and documentation standards. 
• Support audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation of billing, revenue records, and client correspondence.

Job Requirements

You are someone who: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. 
• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, external audit, or consulting. Candidates with experience reviewing revenue transactions, contracts, or financial processes will find this role particularly relevant. 
• Ability to analyse contracts, project milestones, and billing structures to ensure revenue is captured accurately and efficiently. 
• An interest in understanding how enterprise technology projects translate into revenue and long-term client relationships. 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across delivery, product, and finance teams to resolve issues and keep revenue operations running smoothly. 
• A proactive and structured individual who enjoys improving processes and contributing to the financial discipline of a growing technology company. 

Successful candidates will be required to work at Bangsar South area and may be required to travel as and whenever required.
