<p>As a Finance Analyst (Revenue Operations), you will play a key role in connecting software delivery, commercial agreements, and financial outcomes. Working closely with Delivery, Product, and Customer Success teams, you will ensure that project milestones, licensing structures, and maintenance streams translate accurately into revenue and cash flow.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This role goes beyond traditional billing and collections. You will help strengthen JurisTech’s revenue governance, billing accuracy, and cash realization across complex enterprise software engagements — supporting the company’s growth across multiple markets and clients.&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br></strong>A. Revenue Operations &amp; Billing Governance&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage billing across JurisTech’s enterprise software models, including project milestones, software licenses, and post-implementation maintenance streams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure that billing events are triggered accurately based on contractual milestones, delivery progress, and system go-live events.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>B. Cross-Functional Revenue Alignment&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with Implementation, Product, and Customer Success teams to validate delivery milestones and ensure revenue recognition and billing align with actual project progress.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Bridge operational activities with finance processes to ensure delivery outcomes translate into timely revenue realization.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>C. Revenue Tracking &amp; Financial Visibility&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain structured tracking of customer contracts, billing schedules, and receivable movements to provide clear visibility into revenue and cash flow.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support internal stakeholders with insights into revenue pipeline, billing readiness, and collection status.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>D. Accounts Receivable &amp; Cash Realisation&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor outstanding balances and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely payment.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve billing queries or payment delays and safeguard the company’s working capital.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>E. Contract &amp; Renewal Monitoring&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Track key commercial timelines including maintenance renewals, contract expiries, and licensing milestones to support continuity of recurring revenue streams.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p>F. Process Improvement &amp; Controls&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to improving revenue operations processes, billing workflows, and documentation standards.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support audit requirements by ensuring proper documentation of billing, revenue records, and client correspondence.</li>
</ul>
