Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conducting sales activities which include servicing existing clients and source new clients.
2. Planning and executing marketing promotions and campaigns.
3. Support and manage projects / events management through careful execution of advertising and promotional activities such as exhibition, road shows, product launches, events, sponsorship & etc.
4. Being part of the operation team to manage the day-to-day activities during the build-up, show days and tear-down days of the exhibitions. You will be requiring working the occasional weekend.
5. Such other duties within the Employees area of experience and training as may be required by the directors.

Job Requirements

 .  Candidate studying in Marketing, Business Studies, Events, Management or equivalent.

·       Able to communicate in Mandarin & English. 

·       Ability to work well independently as well as within a team environment.

·       Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

·       Have your own transportation. 

·       Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

·       An ideal candidate would be a dedicated and hardworking, interested in event management, event planning.
