Job Description

• Prepare and serve all Chuchat beverages according to SOP
• Provide warm, friendly, and professional customer service
• Take and process orders accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and outlet at all times
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of all ingredients (tea, milk, toppings, etc.)
• Refill stock such as cups, toppings, syrups, tea bases, and packaging materials
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and stock checks
• Follow Halal, hygiene, safety, and food handling standards strictly
• Uphold Chuchat’s brand image through positive attitude and neat grooming
• Support the team during peak hours and ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen Only
• Minimum age: 18
• Friendly, polite, and able to communicate clearly
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced tea beverage environment
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules
• Basic customer service skills (training provided)
• Experience in F&B / barista / bubble tea is an advantage but not required  
• Must maintain a clean, tidy, and professional appearance
• Food Handler Certificate & Typhoid Jab required (can obtain after hiring)
