Our history can be traced back to October 2010 when we opened our first bubble tea outlet in Malaysia.​
We introduced the Tealive brand back in February 2017 and today, we are proud to be the leading regional lifestyle tea brand in Southeast Asia. Tealive now offers more than 45 types of drinks with a wide range of topping options.

Tealive now has over 1000 outlets across three continents serving over five million consumers per month.

Under our wings, we also have Bask Bear Coffee, which is the largest delivered virtual coffee brand in Malaysia with over 130 physical and virtual locations.

With our Look-Out-Of-Box approach, we innovated our own machines to enable Tealive outlets to create sparkling drinks in-house. Thus SodaXpress, Malaysia’s only sparkling water brand, was born.

Leveraging on our experience and knowledge gained in brand management and operation of Tealive outlets, we have gradually expanded our market by adopting the multi-brand business model to capture a wider spectrum of customers.

Job Scope :
<ul>
<li>To brew coffee or tea and to serve the drinks to customers.</li>
<li>Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.</li>
<li>Able to explain all Bask Bear products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell the products at all times.</li>
<li>Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.</li>
<li>Assist in food preparation by following standard recipes.</li>
<li>Assure the cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.</li>
<li>Arrange for ovens and cooking ranges to be set at proper heat levels.</li>
<li>Place prepared dishes and platters on trays to make them ready for serving.</li>
<li>Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment periodically.</li>
</ul>
