This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization in the FMCG and food distribution sector, where finance plays a critical role in supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making. 

•  Lead Financial Planning and Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, providing insights to support decision-making across the company. 
•  Ensure Financial Stability: Monitor financial performance, ensuring financial health as we expand into new markets and regions. 
•  Strategic Business Partnering: Work with department heads to provide financial advice, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support growth. 
•  Manage Financial Operations: Oversee cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance with financial regulations. 
•  Improve Financial Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency while maintaining financial controls. 
•  Risk Management: Evaluate financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring long-term growth. 
•  Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Certification: 

•  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
•  Chartered Accountant certification is preferred.

Experience:

•  7–8+ years of relevant finance experience, preferably within the food industry or retail. 
•  3–5 years of proven managerial experience.
•  Experience driving strategic financial projects in high-growth or dynamic environments. 
•  Demonstrated experience streamlining processes and improving financial forecasting  

systems. 

•  Proven track record of working effectively in fast-paced, evolving business settings. 

Technical Skills:

•  Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. 
•  Expertise in Excel and financial software. 
•  Proficiency in ERP systems. 
•  Familiarity with process improvement methodologies. 

Communication & Collaboration:

•  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial insights to  

senior leadership. 

•  Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross

functional teams. 

•  Mandarin speaker preferred to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking clien
