Kaimirra specializes in the retail & online sale of Meteorite and Ammolite gemstones, as well as jewelry. We are passionate about providing unique, high-quality products to our customers and are seeking dedicated Sales Advisors to join our expanding team.

Locations

• Parkson Elite, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur
• Isetan Lot 10, Kuala Lumpur
• Isetan KLCC, Kuala Lumpur
• Isetan The Gardens, Kuala Lumpur
• Adhoc pop-up promotional booths

Responsibility

• Provide excellent customer experience and promote products to potential customers
• Make sure products are in good condition when handling
• Ensure that the products being sold are accounted for and the details are correct when making sales
• Identify interest and understand customer needs and requirements
• Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• A quick learner of new information/knowledge on the products provided by the company, and able to explain the details to potential customers
• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
• Able to work on shift. Experience in retail is a plus.
• Well-disciplined in terms of attendance, punctuality and attitude. Energetic and vibrant in setting a positive working environment.
• Approachable and not shy in selling products to potential clients.
• A team player who is pro-active and motivated to achieve personal and collective goals.
• Good interpersonal skill in terms of communicating with strangers, customers and colleagues.
