The core operation Kalbe Malaysia pretty much of what we have in Kalbe Farma, starting from New Product Development, Procurement, Production, Marketing (Brand Management), to Logistic and Distribution. Some other function such as Human Resources and Organization Development, Finance and Accounting, and also Legal are also present support the whole Business process of Kalbe International.

<li>Responsible for the Kalbe’s sales performance to Pharmacy channel (Local &amp; International chain) and independent pharmacies related activities and ensuring the achievement of its target.</li>
<li>Promote Kalbe’s products such as WOODS’, Diabetasol, Fitbar and other products to the buyers and handle buyers’ queries and develop a strong partnership.</li>
<li>Plans and executes brand &amp; trade promotion activities, including development of pharmacy channel strategies in collaboration with the sales team, distributor, and marketing team.</li>
<li>Lead the sales team (sales executive, merchandisers, promoters) and working closely with the distributor team to follow up the operation with key chain.</li>
<li>Reporting to NSM and providing support information in market intelligence and feedback.</li>
</ul>
