Job Description

To be part of the team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate accounting function. 

Primary Duties:

• This position reports to the Account Manager
• To deal with daily transactions for petty cash/daily sales /reimbursement/ staff claims and ensure that reconciliations are completed on a weekly basis.
•  To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify calculations and input codes into the Accounts system in an accurate manner.
• Prepare cheques for payment.
•  To receive and process all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment.
• To ensure that all post is sent daily.

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate student majoring in account & finance 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of social media
• Driven and hard-working
• Ability to take direction and multi-task
• PowerPoint, Word, and Excel experience a plus
