Croisserie is looking for a dedicated and hands-on individual to join our kitchen team. This role is suited to someone who is passionate about baking, willing to learn, and committed to consistency and craftsmanship in an artisan bakery environment.
• Assist in daily bread and viennoiserie production
• Support dough preparation, scaling, shaping, and baking
• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace

• Ensure products meet quality and consistency standards
• Work closely with the team to support smooth daily operations
