Job Description

Croisserie is looking for a warm, thoughtful, and committed individual to join our front-of-house team. This role is suited to someone who enjoys serving customers, works well with others, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and well-presented bakery environment. 

 • Welcome and assist customers in a warm, attentive, and professional manner
• Introduce and recommend bakery products clearly and confidently
• Handle cashiering and daily retail transactions accurately
• Pack products neatly and carefully for customers
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation of the retail area
• Replenish product displays and support daily opening or closing duties
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Interest in F&B, hospitality, or artisan bakery culture
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
