Croisserie is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our pastry team. This role is suited to someone who is passionate about pastry, willing to learn, and committed to precision, consistency, and craftsmanship in a professional bakery environment.
• Assist in the daily preparation and production of pastry items, desserts, and baked goods
• Support with weighing, mixing, baking, assembling, and finishing products
• Follow recipes, preparation methods, and production schedules accurately
• Assist in basic decoration, garnishing, and product finishing
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene of the pastry kitchen and workstations
• Support ingredient preparation, storage, and stock rotation
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent product quality
• Interest in pastry, desserts, and bakery production
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions carefully
• Good sense of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail
• Able to work early shifts, weekends, and public holidays
