We’re a Salesforce partner making serious noise specifically within the Manufacturing and Distribution industries (One of the fastest growing verticals for Salesforce) and one of the only partners in the world that focus on these industries exclusively! Because of that, we’re really picking up the pace and expanding our team in Malaysia, Germany and the UK! We’re working on some of the most interesting and challenging projects in the industry.

What we’re looking for:

As an Associate Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with our experienced consultants and developers to design, build, and implement integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, eager to take ownership of tasks, and excited to stay ahead of the ever-changing technology landscape.

You will not only develop technical solutions but also communicate effectively to ensure they align with client needs. This is as much a communications role as it is a technical one, so creativity and problem-solving skills are a must.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Development of custom components (LWCs, Aura) or logic within the Salesforce platform
• Configuration of the Salesforce platform by leveraging on declarative tools (ie. Flows, Validation Rules)
• Building integration solutions on the platform using tools such as Overcast to integrate Salesforce with other systems within the client system landscape 
• Develop solutions using Salesforce best practice, patterns and testing requirements. 
• Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.

Requirements

• Graduates possessing a Professional Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree in software engineering, computer science or equivalent would be advantageous
• Graduates with less than 2 years of work experience are encouraged to apply 
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken 
• Passionate about developing a career in the Salesforce industry 
• Resilient, resourceful with strong analytical skills 
• Knowledge in Java programming language or SQL is an added advantage 
• Knowledge in JavaScript, HTML and CSS would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the Salesforce programming language Apex is an added advantage
• Able to start employment in May 2025
