What we’re looking for: 
As an Associate Salesforce Developer, you will work closely with our experienced consultants and developers to design, build, and implement integrated solutions on the Salesforce platform. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, eager to take ownership of tasks, and excited to stay ahead of the ever-changing technology landscape.
You will not only develop technical solutions but also communicate effectively to ensure they align with client needs. This is as much a communications role as it is a technical one, so creativity and problem-solving skills are a must.

Your Role and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Development of custom components (LWCs, Aura) or logic within the Salesforce platform</li>
<li>Configuration of the Salesforce platform by leveraging on declarative tools (ie. Flows, Validation Rules)</li>
<li>Building integration solutions on the platform using tools such as Overcast to integrate Salesforce with other systems within the client system landscape&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop solutions using Salesforce best practice, patterns and testing requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Design, code, test, debug, document, maintain and modify computer programs of high complexity, significance, and risk.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
