Job Description

Are you passionate about digital storytelling, influencer marketing, and building strong client relationships? 🚀 At KOLHUB, we power brands with data-driven influencer marketing and social commerce solutions—and now, we’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager or Senior Account Executive to be the heartbeat of our client servicing team.

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding business goals, brand identity, and marketing needs.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly, addressing concerns and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling KOLHub services.

2. Campaign Strategy & Ideation

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and client meetings to develop creative campaign ideas.
  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and digital tools to deliver valuable insights. 
  • Assist in preparing creative proposals, presentations, and quotations.

3. Campaign Execution & Performance

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer and social-commerce campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Production, Finance) to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Track campaign progress, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and presentations to update clients on campaign status.

4. Operations & Budget Management

  • Prepare invoices and monitor campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows effectively.
  • Support ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing (agency experience is an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and digital innovation.
