Why we start?
When KOLHUB was founded in 2020, Malaysia’s influencer marketing industry was still largely measured by surface numbers — followers, likes, reach, CPM, and media-plan line items.
We saw the gap clearly.
Brands were spending money on KOLs, but not always achieving business goals. Campaigns were being executed, but not always remembered. Influencers were being booked, but not always matched with the right audience, platform, content style, or cultural moment.
KOLHUB was built to change that.
We believe influencer marketing should not be about simply buying reach. It should be about creating attention, building trust, driving action, and turning influence into measurable growth. That is why we do not operate like a traditional media agency, a creative shop, or a talent management company.
We are a data-driven influencer marketing and social commerce specialist — built to help brands win in the new attention economy. Through our AI-driven matching and analytics tool, iManager, we match KOLs to campaigns based on audience relevance, content style, platform behavior, category fit, and campaign objectives.
From Instagram to TikTok to Xiaohongshu, we understand that every platform has its own language, rhythm, and playbook. A campaign that works on Instagram may not work on TikTok. A content angle that performs on TikTok may not fit Xiaohongshu. So we do not just coordinate campaigns.
