Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) 
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and management reports 
• Issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding balances 
• Manage expense claims, payroll support, and basic HR-related finance matters 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and audit requirements 
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis 
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 
• 4-7 years of relevant working experience (agency or SME experience is a plus) 
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar) 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines 
• Independent, responsible, and proactive mindset
