Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, assist with documentation, and ensure records are properly maintained. 

• Handle basic accounting data entry 
• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and filing documents 
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Support monthly stock, sales, and expense record checking 
• Follow up on payment status and documentation when required 
• Maintain proper filing system for accounting and admin records 
• Assist in preparing reports for management 
• Perform ad-hoc admin and accounting tasks when needed

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field 
• Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping 
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets 
• Experience with SQL Accounting and Xero Accounting software will be an advantage 
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented 
• Able to work independently and follow instructions 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
