Job Description

• Handle daily finance operations, including invoicing, payments, and reimbursements | 处理日常财务事务，包括发票、付款和报销。
   
• Maintain and reconcile financial records to ensure accuracy in transactions | 维护和对账财务记录，确保交易准确无误。
   
• Assist in payroll processing and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB) | 协助工资单处理及法定缴纳（如EPF、SOCSO、PCB）。
   
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable | 监控和管理应收账款与应付账款。
   
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review | 准备财务报告、预算及预测，供管理层参考。
   
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and tax requirements | 确保符合财务政策、法规及税务要求。
   
• Support administrative tasks, including document management and office coordination | 处理行政事务，如文件管理和办公室协调。
   
• Liaise with external vendors, banks, and auditors when necessary | 与外部供应商、银行及审计师保持良好沟通。

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field | 财务、会计、工商管理或相关专业的文凭/学位。
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or administrative roles | 1-3年财务或行政相关经验。
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel | 熟练使用会计软件及Excel。
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills | 细心，具备良好的数据分析能力。
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment | 能同时处理多项任务，适应快节奏的工作环境。
• Good communication and problem-solving skills | 具备良好的沟通能力及解决问题能力。
