Job Description

  • Handle and review full set of accounts. 
  • Prepare monthly management reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. 
  • Monitor AR, AP, collections, supplier payments, and company expenses. 
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, banks, and authorities. 
  • Support SST, tax, audit, CP58, and e-Invoice matters where applicable. 
  • Manage accounting documentation including invoice, PO, DO, GRN, CN, and payment records. 
  • Support inventory, sales, returns, rebates, and trade-related accounting. 
  • Improve accounting SOP, internal controls, and reporting workflow. 
  • Supervise junior accounting staff.

 

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

  • Can take ownership of the company’s accounting function. 
  • Is hands-on and able to solve accounting issues independently. 
  • Understands both compliance and business operations. 
  • Can build proper systems, not just key in transactions. 
  • Is careful with numbers, documents, approvals, and deadlines. 
  • Can support management with clear financial reports and practical advice.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 
  • Minimum 4–6 years of accounting experience. 
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently. 
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, trading, distribution, agency, or e-commerce will be an advantage. 
  • Familiar with accounting software such as SQL Accounting, Xero, or similar. 
  • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills. 
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines. 
  • High integrity and able to handle confidential information.
