Job Description

1. Administrative & Office Management

  • Maintain and organize company records, contracts, and business documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use.
  • Manage data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.

2. Finance & Procurement Assistance

  • Assist in tracking company expenses, budgets, and financial records.
  • Support invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense claims.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth administrative workflows.

3. Business Operations & Coordination

  • Assist in optimizing internal processes and administrative workflows.
  • Support cross-functional teams with operational and logistical tasks.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Help maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for internal processes.

4. Research & Business Insights

  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Assist in compiling data for business development reports and performance analysis.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations.

5. General Support & Team Collaboration

  • Assist with HR and recruitment processes, such as onboarding new hires.
  • Handle internal correspondence, emails, and administrative documentation.
  • Provide support for company events, training, and team meetings.
  • Take on ad hoc business administration tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Interest in influencer marketing and digital business operations is a plus.
