Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and e-commerce platforms 
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) to optimize ROI 
  • Plan and oversee content calendars, including KOL/influencer collaborations 
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights 
  • Lead social commerce initiatives (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) 
  • Work closely with creative, KOL, and account teams to deliver campaigns 
  • Stay updated with digital trends, platform updates, and competitor activities

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad tools 
  • Experience in influencer/KOL marketing is a plus 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills 
  • Excellent project management and communication skills 
  • Experience in e-commerce or social commerce is highly preferred
