Job Description
- Design social media content (Instagram posts, ads, banners, thumbnails)
- Create marketing creatives for campaigns and KOL collaborations
- Ensure consistency across brand visuals and guidelines
- Work closely with content and performance teams
- Adapt designs based on platform trends and formats
- Optimize creatives based on engagement and campaign performance
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- Able to design high-converting social media creatives (not just aesthetic)
- Basic AI knowledge is required (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney for ideation & asset support)
- Able to handle fast turnaround and multiple projects
