Job Description

  • Design social media content (Instagram posts, ads, banners, thumbnails) 
  • Create marketing creatives for campaigns and KOL collaborations 
  • Ensure consistency across brand visuals and guidelines 
  • Work closely with content and performance teams 
  • Adapt designs based on platform trends and formats 
  • Optimize creatives based on engagement and campaign performance

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in graphic design (portfolio required) 
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy 
  • Able to design high-converting social media creatives (not just aesthetic) 
  • Basic AI knowledge is required (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney for ideation & asset support) 
  • Able to handle fast turnaround and multiple projects
