Job Description

We are hiring friendly and energetic In-Store Promoters to promote health and wellness products in pharmacy and retail outlets.

• Promote products to walk-in customers. 
• Explain product benefits, usage, and selling points. 
• Support sampling, demonstration, and campaign activities. 
• Maintain product display and POSM visibility. 
• Check stock and report outlet feedback. 
• Build good relationships with outlet staff. 
• Submit daily sales and customer feedback reports.

• Can explain products clearly and confidently. 
• Is willing to learn about health and wellness products. 
• Can work independently at retail outlets. 
• Takes sales target seriously. 
• Maintains a neat and professional appearance.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and willing to approach customers. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Experience in promoter, retail sales, pharmacy, beauty, wellness, or FMCG is preferred. 
• Fresh candidates with good attitude are welcome. 
• Responsible, punctual, and target-driven. 
• Able to work weekends or public holidays when required.
