Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Stay in tune with the latest social media content trends, focusing on TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content (images, videos) using existing resources and in alignment with campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the brand and marketing teams to develop content that fits the yearly calendar of campaigns and events.

Influencer Management:

  • Maintain and expand the influencer community that aligns with our brand vision and values.
  • Develop creative collaborations with influencers, ensuring their content resonates with the brand’s style.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers through engagement activities and events.

Campaign Management & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report the performance of internal and external content, aligning results with campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Brand & Marketing Manager to continuously improve campaign performance based on insights and analytics.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and execute ad-hoc campaigns including sponsorships, PR initiatives, and short-term marketing projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely and effective execution.

Budget Management:

  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze ROI to optimize campaign spend and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation across various digital platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and engagement.
  • Highly creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and execute them effectively.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences, with a track record of devising successful campaigns that engage, inform, and drive action.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, adept at interpreting metrics, KPIs, and using insights to optimize strategies.
  • Proficient with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets, demonstrating the ability to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Solid understanding of operational constraints and a strong ability to execute strategies within budget and timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and foster a positive work environment.
  • Team player, with a proactive approach to working with others to achieve common goals.
  • Exposure to digital marketing strategies and tools is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, with excellent grammar and presentation skills.
