Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and organised Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan, coordinate and execute influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, influencers, content creators and internal teams to ensure every campaign is delivered smoothly, on time and according to the agreed objectives.

This role is suitable for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys communicating with people and can manage multiple campaigns, creators and deadlines at the same time.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns based on client objectives, target audiences and campaign budgets.
  • Manage the complete campaign process, including creator sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, posting and reporting.
  • Develop campaign timelines, creator lists, content requirements and deliverable trackers.
  • Ensure all influencer deliverables are completed accurately and within the agreed timeline.
  • Monitor campaign progress and resolve issues involving creators, content submissions or posting schedules.

Influencer Sourcing and Relationship Management

  • Identify suitable influencers, KOLs, content creators, affiliates and micro-creators across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.
  • Evaluate creators based on audience profile, content quality, engagement, brand suitability and campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers, talent managers and creator agencies.
  • Negotiate rates, deliverables, content usage rights, exclusivity terms and campaign requirements.
  • Maintain an updated creator database and campaign performance records.

Content Coordination

  • Prepare clear and detailed campaign briefs for influencers.
  • Guide creators on content direction while protecting their authenticity and personal content style.
  • Review scripts, storyboards, drafts and final content before publication.
  • Ensure content complies with brand guidelines, campaign requirements and relevant advertising disclosure standards.
  • Coordinate content revisions between clients and creators professionally and efficiently.

Campaign Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track campaign results, including views, reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, affiliate sales and earned media value where applicable.
  • Collect campaign screenshots, posting links, analytics and creator reports.
  • Prepare clear post-campaign reports with key findings and recommendations.
  • Analyse which creators, content formats and campaign angles perform best.
  • Use campaign insights to improve future influencer selection and execution.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Business, Media or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing, talent management, account servicing or campaign coordination is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, social media knowledge and relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and emerging social media platforms.
  • Able to communicate confidently with influencers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and responsible when handling campaign deliverables, quotations and reports.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or campaign management tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
  • Mandarin communication skills will be an added advantage.
