Job Description
- Assist in data entry for accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
- Support invoice issuance, tracking payments, and filing documents
- Assist in bank reconciliation and expense verification
- Help organize financial records and maintain proper documentation
- Support month-end closing and reporting tasks
- Assist in administrative and finance-related duties
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsible and willing to learn
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
