Job Description

  • Help respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and accurate solutions.

  • Update and organize customer information in the CRM system.

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing at least a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Public Relation, or a related field.

  • Native fluency in Mandarin Chinese.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing trends and practices, especially in Chinese-speaking communities.
