Job Description

 A Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns to drive measurable results. The primary focus is on achieving performance-based KPIs, such as leads, conversions, ROI, and sales, across various digital platforms.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Identify target audiences and create segmentation strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives.

2. Campaign Execution and Management

  • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (search, display, social media, programmatic, etc.).
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, ensuring KPIs such as CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates are met.
  • Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience targeting based on real-time data.

3. Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other third-party platforms.
  • Generate actionable insights and provide recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Monitor attribution models, customer journeys, and multi-channel performance.

4. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct periodic reviews to ensure cost-efficiency and reallocate resources as needed.

5. A/B Testing and Experimentation

  • Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to refine campaign elements (e.g., ad copy, visuals, landing pages).
  • Analyze test results to inform future campaign strategies and improve performance metrics.

6. Trend and Market Analysis

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance to identify growth opportunities.

7. Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication

  • Work with content creators, designers, and copywriters to ensure ads align with branding and messaging.
  • Provide insights and updates to stakeholders on campaign progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • CHINESE Preferable (mainly target chinese consumers)
  • Proficiency in paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel.
  • Expertise in performance KPIs such as CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and website optimization practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
