Job Description

We are hiring friendly and confident Product Advisors to promote pain relief and wellness products in pharmacies and retail outlets.

• Promote and explain product benefits to walk-in customers. 
• Demonstrate product usage such as patch, roller, cream, or wellness care products. 
• Support sampling, promotion, and in-store sales activities. 
• Maintain product display and POSM visibility. 
• Check stock and report outlet feedback. 
• Build good relationships with outlet staff. 
• Submit daily sales and customer feedback reports.

Ideal Candidate

You are someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people. 
• Can explain products clearly and patiently. 
• Has interest in wellness, pain relief, body care, or health products. 
• Is confident but not pushy. 
• Can understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. 
• Takes sales target seriously. 
• Maintains a clean, neat, and professional image. 
• Can work well with pharmacy and retail outlet teams.

Job Requirements

• Friendly, confident, and willing to approach customers. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage. 
• Experience in retail sales, pharmacy, beauty, wellness, health products, or promoter work is preferred. 
• Fresh candidates with good attitude are welcome. 
• Responsible, punctual, and sales-driven. 
• Able to work weekends or public holidays when required.
