Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu
- Assist in content ideation, caption writing, posting, and scheduling
- Create short-form video content, including Reels, TikTok videos, and story content
- Support basic video shooting, photo taking, and content editing
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative content ideas
- Manage daily social media updates and community engagement
- Assist in campaign content planning and execution
- Coordinate with internal team, KOLs, creators, and brand partners when required
- Track content performance and prepare simple reports
- Support ad-hoc marketing and branding tasks
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Business, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Passionate about social media, content creation, and digital trends
- Basic knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and content formats
- Able to write simple and engaging captions
- Basic photo/video editing skills will be an advantage
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
- Creative, responsible, organized, and willing to learn
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and/or Chinese will be an advantage
