Are you someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content go viral, and knows how to turn views into real business results?

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, and more — driving both brand impact and sales conversion.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Plan & execute social media content strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook 
• Manage daily posting, captions, and content calendar 
• Work closely with KOLs, creators & internal teams to produce high-performing content 
• Monitor trends, viral formats & platform updates — stay ahead of the game 
• Analyze performance (views, engagement, GMV) and optimize for results 
• Manage comments, DMs & community engagement 
• Support campaign launches, product pushes & brand storytelling

Job Requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years experience in social media / content / digital marketing 
• Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms 
• Creative mindset with strong execution skills (not just ideas) 
• Able to read data and improve content performance 
• Experience working with KOLs / influencers is a big plus 
• Fast-moving, proactive, and detail-oriented
   

💡 Bonus If You Have

• Experience in health, beauty, or FMCG brands 
• Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) 
• Experience managing TikTok Shop / social commerce
