Job Description

 Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily operations of outlets in Johor and Melaka, ensuring compliance with SOPs and company standards.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor service, hygiene, and product quality.
  • Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to achieve sales and service excellence.
  • Manage manpower, inventory, and cost control to ensure efficient operations.

2. External Affairs & Compliance

  • Handle government-related matters including license renewals, council inspections, and compliance.
  • Coordinate applications for business licenses, permits, and renovations.
  • Liaise with landlords, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth outlet operations.
  • Maintain good relationships with local authorities and venue owners.

3. Business Development & Projects

  • Evaluate new site opportunities and assist in lease negotiations.
  • Oversee renovation projects to ensure adherence to budget, design, and timeline standards.
  • Coordinate pre-opening preparations such as licenses, equipment setup, and manpower.
  • Support regional marketing initiatives and promotional activities.

Job Requirements

 Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in F&B or retail multi-outlet management.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English (Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently between Johor and Melaka.
  • Experience in restaurant chains or health product retail is an advantage.
