• Ensure smooth daily operations, including manpower planning and equipment readiness.
• Maintain high standards in product quality, food safety, hygiene, and brand presentation.
• Deliver excellent customer experience, handle complaints professionally, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, labor laws, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular outlet audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Oversee cash handling, daily reconciliation, and enforce strong loss prevention controls.

Job Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience as restaurant manager or equivalent role.
