Job Description

• Manage various e-commerce platforms in day-to-day basis.
• Maintain product listing, updating of pricing and stock.
• Work with other team members and vendors to execute campaigns and promotions across all e-commerce sites.
• Coordinate Livestream and product shoots.
• Monitor and work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty and to maintain an above average store rating at all times. Solve the problem when needed.
• Measure marketing and customer-related metrics such as sales, trend analysis, spending patterns, etc and report during weekly meetings.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply 
• You like gadget and well-versed in using the tools
• Online savvy, energetic and not camera-shy
• Proactive and resourceful in finding solutions
• Open-minded and willing to learn
• Diploma or Graduate of Marketing or Communication related
• Knowledge and experience working with WooCommerce, Shopee, Tiktok Shop or Lazada is highly preferred .
• Basic design knowledge in any software or app
