<li>Maintain site cleanliness and safety</li>
<li>Attend to minor on-site tasks or troubleshooting (e.g. fixing furniture, checking defects)</li>
<li>Take photos and videos of work progress or issues</li>
<li>Liaise with tenants, owners, and building management as needed</li>
<li>Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Site or Project Manager</li>
<li>Prepare and follow up on any necessary remedial actions.</li>
<li>Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to on site. </li>
