Job Description
- 协助项目经理与工程团队处理日常工地事务
- 执行现场巡视、记录施工进度，并向上汇报
- 与承包商、供应商沟通，确保施工进度顺利
- 负责材料领取、整理和基本的现场文件处理
- 协助进行安全检查及确保现场遵守安全规范
- 执行临时交办任务，确保工地整体运作顺畅
- Assist Project Manager and site team with daily site operations
- Conduct site walkthroughs, record progress, and prepare reports
- Communicate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
- Handle materials collection, arrangement, and documentation
- Support safety checks and ensure compliance with site safety requirements
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to ensure efficient site operations
Job Requirements
- 持有有效驾驶执照（必须）
- 能使用 华语、马来语、英语 与团队及承包商沟通
- 至少 1 年相关工地/建筑行业经验者优先
- 具备良好沟通能力、责任心和团队精神
- 能适应户外、工地环境工作
- 基本电脑技能（Microsoft Office）
- Valid driving license
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, Malay, and English
- Minimum 1 year experience in construction/site work is an added advantage
- Strong communication, responsibility, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable working in site/outdoor environments
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
