Key Responsibilities

<li>Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</li>
<li>Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes.</li>
<li>Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.</li>
<li>Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.</li>
<li>Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.</li>
<li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support internal and external audits.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.</li>
<li>Liaising with external parties, such as auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions, to fulfil reporting and regulatory requirements</li>
<li>Perform and ad-hoc assignments as required by the Management</li>
</ul>
