Job Scope:

• Ad buy: Strategise, launch and monitor results of marketing campaigns on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, including campaign setup, analysis, and optimization to drive targeted results
• Channel Expansion: Lead new sales channel launches (e.g., Shopee, Amazon, or offline), from research to optimization. Coordinate with teams, track progress, and analyze results.
• Startup Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, taking on diverse projects and contributing new ideas to drive company growth

Job Requirements

  About You:

• A self-driven individual with can-do spirit.
• Ability to manage projects and work independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
• An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
• A strong interest in sustainable and natural skincare and beauty.
• Prior experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads will be prioritized.
• Strong analytical skills, with a good sense of numbers and the ability to make logical, data-driven decisions.
