Job Description
- Create visually appealing and compelling content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, XHS).
- Publish posts according to the established social media content calendar
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure every piece of content maximises engagement, traffic and reach and boost sales.
- Manage all Company’s social media accounts which include but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, XHS and Tiktok.
- Monitor, track, analyse and report on all social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activities.
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter.
- [BONUS] Able to conduct LIVE Streaming to introduce, promote and demonstrate Company's products as a Host on various online platforms.
- [BONUS] Preparing livestream devices and organise displayed products before livestream.
- [BONUS] Develop and produce interesting and engaging content for broadcast/live stream with the audience.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing creative content across different social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), video editing tools (e.g. Capcut), and social media scheduling platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies is a plus.
