Let’s look at your roles :

1. Responsible to build and maintain good rapport and communicate with clients through phone, email correspondence and business meet ups.
2. Responsible in Project Management for Web Development, Landing Page Development, Banner Design.
3. Responsible to perform Client servicing roles in SEO, Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Facebook Ads).
4. Responsible to maintain contact with clients at all stages of campaigns/projects and provide periodic feedback as agreed or when required.  
5. Responsible to present campaign ideas, project progress reports and performance reports according to OPS (Operating Standards) and any other ad-hoc requests from clients in pursuit of enhancing client satisfaction with company’s products and services.
6. Responsible to work closely with all relevant departments in understanding and communicating effectively on clients’ needs in devising a campaign that meets the client's brief and budget.
7. Responsible to negotiate with clients, solving problems and ensuring deadlines are met as mutually agreed. 
8. Responsible to review, analyse and produce periodical report on project management, recommendations for improvement along with status of key performance areas and key performance indicators.

Job Requirements

Desired Education & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration or any other related field.
2. Possesses positive personality traits such as enthusiasm, customer empathy/compassion, patience, etc.
3. Strong interpersonal skills. Flexible, adaptable and must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
4. Knowledge of current marketing and advertising trends and best practices. 
5. Ability to meet deadlines and outstanding time management skill.
6. Excellent presentation skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
8. Demonstrable business acumen and a deep understanding of business processes.
9. Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is required to handle our Chinese Clients. Other Chinese dialect will be an added advantage.
