Job Description

Distributor Expansion: Identify and secure new distributors, strengthen existing partnerships,and negotiate win-win contracts.

General Trade Management: Oversee GT sales channels, plan promotions, and analyzemarket data to capture opportunities.

Relationship Building: Develop lasting relationships with distributors and GT accounts, whileproviding training and support to boost performance.

Strategic Growth: Contribute to business development strategy and planning, ensuring ourproducts achieve maximum market reach.

Reporting & Insights: Track market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance toprovide actionable recommendations.


Job Requirements

Who Thrives in This Role

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  •  Fluent in major local languages, including Bahasa Malaysia (BM), English, and Chinese dialects, to effectively communicate with diverse distributors and trade partners. 
  • Brings 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, distributor management, ortrade marketing ideally within FMCG or consumer goods.
  • Enjoys analyzing data to spot new opportunities and drive smarter decisions.
  • Has a natural talent for building relationships and negotiating win-win solutions
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while staying proactive and adaptable.
  • Is confident with Microsoft Office, and curious to explore tools like CRM and sales reporting systems.
  • Is open to travel and collaboration with our distributors and GT partners.
